Adding Admission Codes

Admission codes represent the student’s location prior to entering the school district. These codes display on the Update Student screen Enrollment tab. If you make changes to these codes, you must make them in both GradeBook and StudentInformation.

1.On the Administrator Home Page, below Named Codes, click Admission Codes.

2.On the Admission Codes screen, in the Name drop-down list, select the desired named codes list.

3.In the Code column, enter the new code.

4.In the Description column, enter the a description for the code.

5.Click Save.

6.(Optional) To continue adding codes, repeat step 3 through step 5.
