View the current GradeBook software version as follows:
1.On the Administrator Home Page, below Tools, click Check Software Version.
The Software Version screen displays.
•The first 3 digits that display below the Website Version represent the version of the software application that your district is currently using; the subsequent numbers are meaningful only to ProgressBook staff.
•The Warehouse Version indicates the version number of the permanent storage area for documents; as long as a version number displays, you are correctly set up to save report cards to permanent storage.
•The Database Upgrade History displays all of the versions and dates of each GradeBook database upgrade

2. Review the screen, and to return to the Administrator Home Page, click Home.
