Student-Related Named Codes

GradeBook provides a default list of named codes for you to use that remains in the system. Once you have set up the lists for the following named codes, they remain in your system from year to year:

•Admission

•Withdrawal

•Student Status

•Address Types

•Contact Types

These codes are not imported to GradeBook from StudentInformation. If changes are necessary, you should make them in both GradeBook and StudentInformation.
