Before you can run year-end reports for any districts, you must connect to the server containing your historical databases.
1.On the Year-End Reports screen Run Reports tab, in the Connection Settings area, enter the Server Name.
Note: The School Year field populates automatically with the school year that was appended to the end of your current database name during the rollover process. You can change the school year in this field if you want to run reports for a previous school year.
2.Enter the User Name used to log into the server.
3.Enter the Password for the username used to log into the server.
4.(Optional) Select the Integrated Security? checkbox to use Windows authentication (instead of using the username and password to the server) to log into the database.
